Our Buildings Maintenance Department is carried on under the trade name of Development Sharing and they carry out the full range of building works to all our own properties. In addition, they carry out work for private customers providing a full range of services in connection with maintenance.

All grant applications All aspects of Health and Safety and Fire Regulations related to the building industry. Full on-site trades as required and supervision including design and build.
